This blog talks about the trials of Crystal Blue at Vijaya Foundation Farm, Mysore. Eggplant and green chillies were cultivated at Vijaya Foundation with structured water and bore well water. The crops were cultivated side by side. Compared to normal water, the growth, size, and appearance were better with structured water units for both eggplants and chillies.
